CCIR, as the institutional representative of the business community, pursues the promotion of ethical principles that uphold Romanian businesses’ non-engagement in corrupt practices and the enforcement of appropriate mechanisms for prevention and control of corruption in corporate environments.
The main topics to be addressed within the workshop include corporate compliance framework, risk assessment of anti-corruption in companies, risk factors in relations with third parties, staff training on compliance and corporate ethics or concrete business cases on enforcing corporate policies on anti-corruption.
The workshop is organized jointly with American organizations specialized on anti-corruption. General Dynamics Corporation is an American aerospace and defense company, whose best practices on preventing corporate corruption are recognized worldwide, and TRACE International is an American organization specialized in corporate anti-corruption compliance, which provides services to private companies on avoiding engagement in corrupt practices.
Sincerely yours,
President
